Returns, Refunds and Warranties
Return and refunds:
The sale of all products (new, used and open box) are final and no refunds, returns or claims of any kind will be accepted or entertained by ChromaXpress, LLC. All products are sold-as-is and all sales are final.
Customer must notify ChromaXpress, LLC within 24 hours upon receipt of any parts received with damages caused during transportation. In cases where we ship under the customer’s shipping account number, the customer is responsible for filing the claim with their shipping transportation company. Customer agrees that ChromaXpress, LLC will not be liable for any damages, losses and causes of actions, causes for lesser negligence of the shipping company or customer operation.
Some brand new products sold by ChromaXpress, LLC may carry a manufacturers warranty. There are absolutely no manufacturer warranties available on any used/open product purchased through ChromaXpress, LLC. If customer feels the brand new product is defective, please call ChromaXpress, LLC to determine if the brand new product has a manufacturers warranty. If a manufacturer warranty does exsist, Customer must obtain an RMA from ChromaXpress, LLC. Warranty claims will absolutely not be processed without an RMA. Customer agrees that ChromaXpress, LLC will assist as a liasion between customer and manufacturer as regards warranty claims. Customer agrees that ChromaXpress, LLC will not be liable for refunds or replacements on any warranty claims. If warranty exsists, it is effective the day the order ships to customer. In cases where the manufacturer grants repair or part replacement, we will notify the customer to discuss the manufacturers decision. Manufacturer RMA/warranty evaluation times vary and ChromaXpress, LLC can not guarantee how long the process will take. Customer will be responsible for any and all re-stocking fees issued by Manufacturer.
Items received by ChromaXpress, LLC on an RMA, will be evaluated by ChromaXpreSs, LLC upon receipt. If any damage is visible on the product that is deemed a direct result of improper use or neglect by the Customer, the RMA will immediately become void and Customer will be notified in writing of same.
ChromaXpress, LLC will not be liable for any actual incidental, direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use, performance or non-performance of the equipment, supplies or software, including the loss of profits or loss of data.

The information collected during the purchasing process is limited to the use of ChromaXpress, LLC and never sold, or lent to marketing agencies. We may use emails to keep our customers informed on balances, rewards, offers or ongoing company changes.
ChromaXpress, LLC does not keep credit card information in the system unless authorized by our customer in written form.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. We offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.
